If your product is faulty we are able to issue a refund with proof of purchase within 14 days.
Please note- We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any item which we believe has been damaged after purchase.
You may return any product within 14 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, and we will happily exchange the item or provide a credit note to the same value. The credit note can be redeemed in the store, The Coffee Mill or any other Peters store.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on shoes, or underwear for hygeine reasons, or on any sale item, outside of any pre-existing fault discovered.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
